These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bokavo platform available at app.bokavo.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Description of Service
Bokavo provides an online booking and scheduling platform. Features may include appointment management, calendar syncing, customer notifications, staff management and integrations such as Google Calendar and Google Meet.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive or unauthorized activities, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
4. Google Integrations
When connecting a Google account, you grant Bokavo permission to create, edit and manage calendar events and corresponding Google Meet links solely for booking purposes. Access is limited to the scopes explicitly approved by you during OAuth authorization.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
If paid plans or subscription features are introduced, separate terms and pricing will apply. You will be informed before any charges are made.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses resulting from misuse of the platform, third-party service failures, incorrect user configuration or network outages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these terms are violated.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
